Tony Amrein (and his team) did an exceptional job on a sale that should have been easy but became very challenging as the market flattened due to Trump Administration tariff policies and fed govt downsizing. Tony tracked and maintained contact with interested buyers, ultimately doing much to bring in an out-of-state buyer. Tony maintains a high level of communication with his client throughout the process, and is highly responsive. His team provides excellent back up when multiple open houses are scheduled. When working with Tony, you get the idea that your sale is a priority for him and his team, and it comes through in multiple ways. Tony knows his trade well and shares knowledge and information freely. His people skills are superior and you never get the idea that you are getting anything other genuine information and effort.
