Adam graduated from Towson University in 1999 with a Business major and began his career selling office equipment to local businesses. This job led Adam to start a marketing firm to help increase business and revenue for local title companies over the next 12+ years. After discussing the idea of becoming a real estate agent for years, Adam decided to jump in and join the Waldner Winters Team full time in February 2017. He has a passion for helping his clients and making sure they are protected. When he is not working or driving his kids to or from somewhere, he is relaxing and spending time outside with his family and friends, preferably somewhere warm!

Hawaii is a dream destination for me and my wife. Though we have never been, it's at the top of my list. My wife also has her heart set on Colorado, another place I've yet to explore. But there's something about the beach that truly resonates with me. The sun, the tranquility, and the soothing sound of the waves—no need for music or any distractions. It's my perfect setting to unwind and recharge.

Work Life Family Life Balance


Balancing my work life and family life successfully can be challenging sometimes with two kids in high school. There are some events I just will not miss. Their plans are always changing and my schedule can be unpredictable at times, but my wife and kids are always there to support me and my business. I appreciate them every day!
