Could not have had a better experience than working with Brent as first time homebuyers! He took the time to get to know us, talk us through any questions we had, and encouraged open and honest dialogue to help get us find a house that was the right fit. Also, he never pushed us into making decisions, and instead challenged our questions and assumptions to make sure that we were not settling or convincing ourselves into a home that wasn't the right fit for us. We felt supported the entire time through the whole process and even when Brent went away briefly on vacation, he had fully filled in another associate, Blair, so we were able to continue our search uninterrupted with someone who knew what we were looking for. Finally, we were well coached on how to make our offer on the home in a difficult market and understand all the options when building the offer. Overall, we would highly recommend Brent (and Blair) if you want a realtor that is on your side.

Brent, Michelle, and the rest of the team were patient and stayed goal-oriented with us as we navigated selling our home and finding our new home. They asked the right questions to help us determine our priorities and never pressured us in to making a quick decision. We had the pleasure of working with Brent Kennedy as we were searching for an investment property in the Howard County area. We met Brent at an open house and from the beginning we were amazed by his knowledge about the area we were searching in and thought that he would be the right agent for our search. Brent really spent time to understand our needs and goals and always provided an unbiased opinion on what would be the right investment for us. As we found the house we were interested in, Brent walked us through every step of the way from putting an offer, to getting the offer accepted to closing on the property. This was very useful for us as we were first time homebuyers. He was very proactive in all of the communication and was always prompt in answering any questions we had. He negotiated a great deal for us on the property we liked and we ended up getting the property way under our budget. My wife and I cannot think the whole Waldner Winters Team enough for their help in our home purchase process. Blair and Brent were extremely patient with us as new home buyers in helping us to figure out what we were looking for through many home visits and zoom calls, and were ready to take action immediately when we needed their help. When we moved forward with the purchase, Blair especially was in constant communication with us, checking in and making sure everything. He connected us with great people from our lender to the home inspectors to the title company. Michelle also has been instrumental in taking care of the paperwork and communication with the title company. Highly recommend!

Blair and Brent have been incredible through this whole process. As first time home owners, we had no clue where to begin. They answered every question, concern, and truly helped guide us into what we were looking for in our first home. It was an extreme pleasure to work with them throughout the year and I would highly recommend to anyone. Even now after closing just a few days ago, Blair still is helping assist with the transition.
