Working with Linda, Scott, Michelle and their entire suite of business partners to secure a home has been stellar. From working with their recommended lender and insurance teams, to seeing homes with Linda on short notice, I was able to secure my first home in a great community within 3 weeks.
The key to my home buying experience has been about trusting they can handle it and ensure I get what I want within budget.
While I’ve conducted my own research, which was recommended by them and the internet/reddit/family (ha!), and comparing it against their information, they didn’t steer me wrong.
I would honestly add this team to my work team because they been moving like a well oiled machine! I’ve also been on top of my game with having things in order because they prepared me for what’s to come. It was a dynamic partnership from the start and I am excited to endure this homeowner journey with clarity, and assurance.

From the beginning of the process right until the end of closing, Tony and Joanne have been nothing but a joy to work with. They made us feel very heard and cared for, all while being accessible, understanding, well versed, hospitable and caring. Their service and availability, at times where others may not have been able to provide the same, was the difference in being able to close on our new home. Tony really felt like family throughout the entire process, and kept us at ease throughout. There really aren’t enough kind words to express the attention and effort he provided. All of the stars really aligned for this to happen, and Tony could not be any more highly recommended. If you ever think about us and want to say hey, you do know where we live :D
It was a memorable experience from end to end, seeing one of the wildest houses, to even an upside down one, but you stuck with us and helped us push through to find the one.

We began working with Ryan Bandell in 2020 at the recommendation of a friend. After dragging him along for 4 years of indecision in both the county and the city, we gave him the order of finding us a house to purchase within a quarter mile radius of where we had been renting in Baltimore city. Within weeks and in a very difficult market for buyers, Ryan found us an off-market opportunity 1 block from where we were living. We got in under asking and early enough to be able to customize nearly all of the finishes as it was a complete renovation. Ryan makes the process as fool proof as possible from start to finish (and then some) and does all the blocking and tackling that a buyer could ask for. We will only use Ryan for future real estate transactions in Maryland and recommend that you do too!
