Donna has a B.S. in Economics and Math from UMBC. She has been a Maryland resident for over thirty years, living in Urbana for the last twenty. While raising her daughter there, she has enjoyed being part of a growing community through her involvement in the PTA and various local organizations. Originally from Western Pennsylvania, Donna has always felt “at home” in Frederick County where a small town feel and an abundance of history and charm make it a wonderful place to live and work.
