BACKGROUND WITH THE WALDNER WINTERS TEAM

I originally started with The Waldner Winters Team back in 2017. I met with Nick and the team members a handful of times, and it wasn’t long before we all decided it was a good fit for the team and myself. The team’s positive environment and charged energy were a breath of fresh air, and I knew it was a place I wanted to be.

MATCHING VALUES

My favorite value is having the passion to help others. I love helping people move to their next chapter in life. Whether the reason for the move is full of happiness, a significant life change, or a moment full of tears, buying or selling a home is a big moment in everyone's journey and I’m humbled I’m a part of that. Because of this, I take pride in my work and strive to make the clients' experience as pleasant as possible.

5-STAR STAR EXPERIENCE

I provide 5-star experience in many ways, but one essential trait is having open and honest communication. I am extremely transparent with my clients and make sure they never leave a conversation questioning ‘What is going on next in the transaction?’. Especially with first-time homebuyers, it’s imperative to take the time to educate and describe real estate processes.

Additionally, I always let my clients know the kind of person to expect as their Real Estate Agent before we get started on their journey. You’re getting an upbeat, fun, and outgoing person who is going to make jokes and try to make you laugh. At the same time, you’re going to have a pit bull in your corner that is prepared to fight for you and get you to that finish line.

It’s important and comforting to know that you have someone to hold your hand throughout your journey, while also cheering you on along the way.

FUn Facts

How has becoming a mom changed your perspective on life and in terms of your profession?

Becoming a mom of two lovely little boys has changed who I am as a person and my perspective on life. Going along with my open communication and transparency, I explain very early on to my clients that I live in a chaotic house full of tiny humans. If a client calls me in the evening, they are very likely to hear the cries, screams, or yelling in the background because that’s real life. Over the years of working as an agent, I’ve learned how to create a healthy balance between work and home. This balance is fully supported by the team and clients due to the open communication I provide. I can be there for my clients all while being a mom who is actively present with my family.

What’s a guilty pleasure that you have?

As a mom, one quickly learns that nothing that you think is yours … is actually yours. Snacks are a prime example. Someone from the family will see that you have something they don’t, and will inevitably want a bite of it, a piece of it, or just take it completely. When I have something that I want to keep to myself, it has to be hidden away. My guilty pleasure is Sour Skittles. I tend to keep a small bag of them in the console of my car.

What is something only those extremely close to you know about you?

I’m quite ridiculous. My ridiculousness even flows into my real estate relationships, which is something my clients can certainly vouch for. For example, I find it important for clients to know where their Christmas tree would go when they're touring a house. Will it go in the corner? Maybe in front of the bay window? They have to envision it, and I will happily pose to be that Christmas tree for them with my hands up, slowly twirling. I may not be as tall as the normal Christmas tree, but I always bring a smile to my clients' faces.
