From the beginning of the process right until the end of closing, Tony and Joanne have been nothing but a joy to work with. We began working with Ryan Bandell in 2020 at the recommendation of a friend. After dragging him along for 4 years of indecision in both the county and the city, we gave him the order of finding us a house to purchase within a quarter mile radius of where we had been renting in Baltimore city. Within weeks and in a very difficult market for buyers, Ryan found us an off-market opportunity 1 block from where we were living. We got in under asking and early enough to be able to customize nearly all of the finishes as it was a complete renovation. Ryan makes the process as fool proof as possible from start to finish (and then some) and does all the blocking and tackling that a buyer could ask for. We will only use Ryan for future real estate transactions in Maryland and recommend that you do too!
