It was a nice experience working with Mr. Tony Amrein and Ms. Joanne Rawlinson. We didn't have to bother about the difficult work around purchasing a home itself. Before purchasing this house, we went to visit other houses with Tony, and he alerted any red flags or shared his honest opinion about any possible problem with that house. While buying this house, he negotiated for us, suggested a little higher than the asking price, and a generous rent-back period so the seller could have enough time to buy their new home. Thus we won among 3 other offers submitted on the first day of the open house. He also negotiated for the seller's credit when little repairs arose from the home inspection. They also teamed up with lenders and insurance agents who can go through the entire process efficiently, quickly, and at a competitive rate. Previously, we worked with another realtor, whom my wife termed a "summer trainee realtor" - So we can differentiate between a novice buyer agent and an experienced one. Tony and Joanne are knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt in answering any question we had. I will strongly recommend their service if you plan to buy a home, especially if you are a less experienced first-time buyer with many questions in mind.

Update 5/29/2024: We utilized Pam again in the sale of our home and she was phenomenal. Her knowledge of the housing market, sales marketing strategies, and kind demeanor made this process a breeze! Our house sold for a fantastic price, and what would have been an otherwise stressful process, was stress-free. Couldn’t recommend Pam enough. For buying AND selling. ♥️ My husband and I just bought our first house two weeks after having our first baby, and Pam made the whole process easy and positive! I could not recommend Pam enough.
