First, we live in Florida and called 12 real estate companies inquiring about selling our house that was located in Maryland. The moment I called Walder Winters team, I knew they were the right ones for us. When speaking with Alyssa, we explained that we were only in town for a few days and really needed someone right away. Not only was she accommodating, she was incredibly professional and reassuring. She arranged a same day appointment with Tony, our new favorite agent!! Tony was so personable and sympathetic to our unique situation. When I say he did all the leg work throughout the entire process, it would be an understatement. From start to finish we relied fully on him while he was happy to oblige. The entire process was flawless all due to the hardworking, dedicated team we had on our side. Tony was truly our guardian!
Once the house was under contract, literally 2 weeks after it was placed on the market, Tony introduced us to Rose, our transaction coordinator (side note, Tony remained by our side, checking in often even after contract), who assisted us with the formalities. Rose was superb and proved continuous support from this amazing team.
Don’t waste a second calling other real estate companies, Walder Winters will get it done and you’ll make life long friends throughout the process!

We recently worked with Tony Amrein, a member of the Waldner Winters team, to purchase a home in Baltimore. Tony is fantastic. He quickly lined up homes in Baltimore that fit our criteria. He explained everything about the buying process in great detail.
