Blair Kennedy

Blair is consistently recognized as one of the top agents in the Baltimore Metro Area. After joining the Waldner Winters Team in 2015, he tapped into the resources the team provided to ensure his clients received the 5 Star Service they are known for. Blair grew up in Howard County, graduated from the University of Maryland, and currently resides in Severna Park. Throughout his career, he has helped clients in 9 counties across the state of Maryland.
Scott Moran
Agent
Scott Moran is proud to be a native to the state of Maryland. Attending Atholton High School and receiving his degree from Virginia Tech, he decided to continue calling Maryland home as he fell in love with the Real Estate Industry. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Scott was a licensed loan officer for the nation's #1 Veterans Administration mortgage company and worked as an Operations Manager for one of the largest retail stores in the world. With his ability to navigate all parts of the home buying process and analytical/ data driven mindset, he specializes in teaching clients all aspects of real estate processes to make well informed decisions for their families. You'll also find Scott spending time with his wife and daughter as she navigates her toddler years. Scott enjoys making those around him laugh, a good mix of bluegrass/ podcasts/ audiobooks, and also considers himself a master chef that has yet to be discovered. Scott makes what can be an overwhelming process seem like a casual conversation with a friend.
Alyssa Ruffing
Lead Inside Sales Agent
Alyssa Ruffing is an Inside Sales Agent at the Waldner Winters Team, the #1 Team in the #1 Office in her market! Prior to joining the team, Alyssa was a licensed loan officer for one of the nations top ranked Veterans Administration mortgage companies. She is passionate about recognizing her clients needs, in order to help them fully understand the home buying process. Alyssa graduated and competed on the swim team at the University of Kentucky, and now resides in Federal Hill. When not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the city for the next best restaurant and staying active at her local gym.
Ryan Bandell
Agent
Ryan is proud to be a native of Maryland. He graduated from Calvert Hall College High School in 2007 and went on to attend Towson University where he earned his Bachelor Of Science in Economics and Business. Ryan worked in sales with an investment firm while in college and after graduating, he was hired as a financial analyst for the government. With his analytical background and outgoing personality, he decided to leave his government position and jump back into sales. Ryan earned his real estate license in 2013 and joined The Waldner Winters Team. Ryan was featured as one of Baltimore Real Producers Magazine's "Top 30 under 30" agents in 2020 and earned the distinction of being the #1 Keller Williams agent on a team in all of Maryland and DC for 2021. He enjoys spending time with lovely wife and their son & daughter. He is passionate about coaching his daughter's sports team and helping his son navigate the toddler years.
